Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from Jewelry Liquidation! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, and want to return it, please contact us before shipping it back for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without RA#'s assigned by us may experience delays in processing. We will work closely with you to make sure you end up 100% satisfied.

All items sold by Jewelry Liquidation carry a warranty that allows you to replace your item, free of charge, in the event the item purchased becomes damaged.  If you don't want to replace your item, you will be eligible for a refund, less any shipping charges,  if you return the item within 30 days of receipt. In the event of a return, please be sure to include any jewelry boxes that came with your item.  Items returned without original packaging will be charged a $5.00/item restocking fee. 


Shipping

-We ship from Los Angeles, California.
 
-In most cases we ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
 
-We do not ship on US Holidays when USPS is closed.
 
-Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once an item is shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive our email.
 
 
Standard Shipping: $5.99 for items under $100.  Free for all other orders.
 
Standard shipping is shipped using USPS First Class Mail.  You can expect your package to arrive within 10 business days from the day you placed the order.  In most cases it will arrive sooner, however 10 business days is a good rule of thumb.
 
Tracking: USPS may or may not provide detailed tracking information.  Sometimes, packages are scanned only when delivered, so if you do not see tracking results en-route, please do not panic.
 
A signaure will be required for orders valued over $200.00
 
Expedited Shipping: $9.99
 
Expedited Shipping is shipped using USPS Priority Mail.  You can expect your package to arrive within 5 business days from the day you placed the order.  In most cases it will arrive sooner, however 5 business days is a good rule of thumb.
 
Tracking: USPS may or may not provide detailed tracking information.  Sometimes, packages are scanned only when delivered, so if you do not see tracking results en-route, please do not panic.
 
A signaure will be required for orders valued over $200.00
 
Express Shipping: $24.99
 
Express Shipping is shipped using USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx 2day shipping.
If you place your order before 11am Pacific Time (2pm Eastern) your order will arrive within 2 business days.  Orders placed after 11am will arrive within 3 business days.
 
Tracking: USPS may or may not provide detailed tracking information.  Sometimes, packages are scanned only when delivered, so if you do not see tracking results en-route, please do not panic.
 
All Second Day shipments will require a signature for delivery.
 
International Shipping: Price Varies by country.
 
International packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail Express International service or DHL Express.
 
You can expect your package within a week. In some cases however Customs Duties are due (which must be paid by the customer), or packages will be randomly inspected. Customs inspections can delay package delivery by as much as 3 weeks.
