If you don't want to replace your item, you will be eligible for a refund, less any shipping charges, if you return the item within 30 days of receipt.* In the event of a return, please be sure to include any jewelry boxes that came with your item. Items returned without original packaging will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee.
*Please note, although we offer free resizing on nearly all our rings, rings that have been resized greater than 2 sizes up or down are no longer available for return because they have been customized.
